XQF938 series 1550nm Narrow line-width laser module photo

Description

XQF938 series module is a 1550nm WDM MQW DFB laser module with high power output, packaged by 14 PIN butterfly housing and terminated by polarization maintaining (PM) fiber pigtail.

The module is used as a light source in combination with an external modulator, such as LiNbO3-based Mach-Zehnder in CATV HFC networks, or fiber sensor system.
